THE TASK
For decades Fire + Rescue NSW has ranked as one of the most trusted brands in Australia. Yet they still required more resources to service community needs and they wanted to find the right partners to help them do it.
THE WORK
We first audited the sector and then developed a partnership strategy for them that leveraged that brand trust at the same time as connecting them to communities across NSW. Working closely with the F+R NSW team we then guided them through a comprehensive partnership development and acquisition program.
THE RESULT
Working with F+R NSW we attracted several major partners to help fill the void of community service, including McDonald's and the most enduring of all, GIO - a decade long strategic alignment that produced life and asset saving results.
